I cannot hear any sound, but I am connected
We've worked hard to ensure that the sizes we offer will work for many different shapes and sizes of customers from all over the world. We offer products that come in a range of shapes, including Unisex and Women's' styles in a full range of typical U.S. style sizes (small through 4XL).

Can I run and/or workout with my headphones?
Yes. More specifically, we would recommend our wireless earphones and headphones for an active lifestyle. Our wireless headphones and earphones are sweat proof and sound great. Perfect for getting lost in your music and leaving it all on the field/gym.
What is the difference between passive noise cancellation and active noise cancellation (ANC)?
ANC stands for active noise cancellation. In simple language, this is achieved by actively sending out a signal that is the opposite wavelength of the noise around us. These clashing frequencies actually cancel each other out, thus canceling out the noise that you hear. Passive noise cancellation usually has only to do with the fit your headphones have and how much padding or seal can keep out unwanted noise.In a test between the two, ANC or Active Noise Cancelation is always a sure and safe bet if you are truly looking to eliminate outside noise.
I can hear a crackling noise in my music？
Make sure that you aren’t clipping in any part of your signal. If so, try listening at a lower volume. Check the file using other sources to make sure the artifacts you hear aren’t isolated to the file.
I lost an earbud silicone ear tip, what now?
