RETURN POLICY

We have a worry-free 30 day return policy. Any items returned after the 30 day period will be subject to a restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all accessories.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to the error of Ausounds staff or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.If you’re refund fits the approval criteria, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days pending any hold from your financial institution.

LATE OR MISSING FUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you did not receive your refund as expected, first check with your financial institution orcredit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ausounds.com.


SHIPPING A RETURNED ITEM (IF APPLICABLE)

To return your product, please contact support@ausounds.com for an RMA number and shipping instructions. At this time shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise noted by an Ausounds customer support representative.
